Why Do We Attend User Conferences?

It might seem odd to know that we attend user conferences. Over the last couple of years our team members have attended Dreamforce, Sapphire Now, Collaborate, and numerous others.

Why do we go?

It’s directly related to how Xprtly! is designed. Our platform focuses on the requirements of two constituencies — users of enterprise software applications and experts who implement, maintain, or support enterprise software applications. Both of these groups of people have very different requirements regarding software applications.

We want to make certain that we understand our users. What better way to accomplish that than to spend a week listening to them and talking about their concerns?

Our Product Architect heads to a user conference next week and our web team will post her photos and comments here. You can also follow along on Twitter (@xprtly).

Finally, if you’re attending Collaborate 2015 in Las Vegas this year, look for our mascot, Windsor, and participate in our second annual “Windsor and Me” contest. Just find Windsor in the Exhibit Hall of the Mandalay Bay Resort and Convention Center. When you find him, take a selfie of the two of you. The first person to send a “Windsor and Me” selfie to wxprtlyatgmaildotcom each day of the conference wins an Amazon gift card!
